  Do you want to use the services of a man who is operating illegally? If yes then this is the place to be, he had no business registration till early this year after trading for over 4 years, has been told by the local council he has to cease operations, has no public liability insurance and has bikes that are unsafe due to their speed, allows people to ride without helmets and encourages aggressive riding at the risk of pedestrians .
